NEW-CONSENS LUGB flange-clamped vortex flowmeter adopts Karman vortex street measuring principle, combining standard flange and sanitary tri-clamp dual connection design. The pipe body integrates temperature and pressure sensors as one-piece structure, no extra external transmitters needed.

Wetted parts are full SS316L stainless steel, compatible with industrial high-pressure pipelines and food/pharma sanitary production lines. It automatically compensates medium density in real time, calculating accurate mass flow of steam and gas directly. There are no movable parts inside the pipeline, with low pressure loss and long service life.

Equipped with intelligent LCD converter to display flow, temperature, pressure and total flow simultaneously. It supports 4-20mA, pulse frequency and RS485 Modbus RTU communication, IP67 waterproof rating, and optional explosion-proof version for hazardous environments.
